Changes scare me, of course, but in some strange way there is something in me that always wants to overcome them. It's as if in every fear I see an opportunity to evolve.

Therefore, when, after having built a successful career of almost 20 years that has led me to be the first Brazilian actress nominated for an Emmy Awards International and to work with renowned directors inside and outside my country, my intuition told me “You have to move to Spain”, I couldn't silence it.

 

And although everything was completely different from what I had planned, in Barcelona I rediscovered myself and grew as an artist, as a person and as a woman.

 

Here I reconnected with the 15-year-old Carol who wrote songs in her room, but now feeling increasingly freer and more myself than ever I share them with the world!

 

My debut single “Perfect Reflection”, which has a style that I like to call “pop chill”, talks about the process I have gone through to discover in the mirror my greatest strength and in reality my best dreams.

 

Now, while I give intimate concerts in Barcelona, I am working on the production of a four-song EP, once again embracing the challenge of changing by composing and singing for the first time in Spanish.
